Terms of Service
Loggr is a journaling and analytics tool at loggr.trade. It is operated by Akhil Taneja in India. These terms apply when you use the site or create an account. The Privacy Policy describes the information Loggr stores.
What Loggr is
Loggr helps you record trades and review your own results. It is not financial advice, it is not a broker, and it is not an exchange. Loggr never places or executes trades, and it does not hold your funds.
If paid plans are introduced, they will have separate terms.
Exchange and wallet connections
Loggr only makes read calls to an exchange or wallet you connect. Those calls request fills, balances, or positions so they can appear in your journal. A connection is not used to place or execute a trade.
You must supply read-only API keys. Some venues, such as Aster API wallets, may have broader permissions, which is your responsibility. Loggr still uses a connection only to read.
There is no guarantee that synced data is accurate or complete. You should verify it against your exchange.
Acceptable use
Use Loggr for your own journal. Do not abuse the service. Do not scrape it, reverse engineer it, or attack Loggr, the people who use it, or the systems that run it.
Your data
You own the trades, notes, and other content you add to Loggr. You give Loggr a limited licence to process that data to run the service for you, including storing it, showing it in your account, and importing or syncing what you ask for. The licence is not a transfer of ownership.
Accounts
You can stop using Loggr at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings. Loggr can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or when that is needed to protect the service or other people. Either you or Loggr can terminate the account.
Changes and availability
We can change, add, or remove parts of Loggr, and the service can be unavailable at times. A feature may not stay in the product, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.
Disclaimers
Loggr is provided "as is" and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Akhil Taneja and Loggr are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or other indirect or consequential damages from using the service or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using Loggr after that date means you accept the updated terms.
